Problem details:
I got a new laptop so I was excited to try osu in it. In my old laptop, the offset was fine at 0ms. I had no problems whatsoever. Everything is on point, and the sfx matches the sound and the timing of my notes. But I noticed that on my new laptop, the offset is at 0ms, yet everything's off. The sfx is late, while my notes come faster than the tempo of the music.
