It is posible to desactivates mouse buttons LMB and RMB but not side buttons,

i use one of my side button as a escape but if i disable mouse buttons in settings it also disable side ones.
Do there posibility to still have my side button but not LMB and RMB ?

You’d probably have to reassign the side buttons to a keyboard key or mouse key. So, if you want to click lmb or rmb on the side buttons, that’s possible
