So after many many months, I just failed on confortably hitting stream without make my arm harden
How actually people doing it with ease (I see people streaming on twitch and man, they do it almost without effort)

is arm harden doing stream is normal? people said that if you experience some "strain" it is good for you but what the heck is that, I'm not quite understand

really need some help. I already stuck at 20k rank for almost 3 years, before and after rework and I realize that my lack on stream ability is the biggest reason on it. yap, really need help right now

Have you tried the usual way of playing stream maps on a lower bpm and further increasing the bpm as you improve your streaming skills? That's pretty much how most people do it.

Also strain refers to something like getting tired and losing stamina while playing. If you start to feel pain then that's no longer strain. Be sure to not overdue it and cause injuries.

Honestly maybe bursts are the best thing to play for now.
They do require alternate tapping, as well as streams.
Find a map with 5-7 burst notes that show up frequently and see where your bpm is capped at using the osu! trainer.
This helps with both speed and consistency with alternating, at least that is what I think. To me this sounds like a good thing to try.

you will never really hit the fastest burst you can without tensing up your arm, to play it with ease you should slow it way way down, try as low as a 130bpm stream and if you still tense up then just go slower again, alt maps would be the best way to get completely comfortable with it

Not really focused on that since I dont have good maps to train for it, yea at least I tried but my arm still unconsciously harden all of the time

Thanks to give me explanation about strain, I wonder if strain is making you get mashing or even finger lock since you dont have stamina for doing long streams or fast bpm burst.

i had the same issues with streams (tensed up whenever i saw one), but here is what helped me the most:
warm up before playing:
basically what i mean by warm up is do something until your fingers feel warm. this can be done by finger exercises (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6y0D_8kRoU) or by just playing streams. also i have seen other people using a program to estimate tap speed and singletap until like 200-500 taps, you can try to do that too
dont tense up whenever you see a stream
i havent realized this for a long time but the secret to streaming in general is to just chill your tapping arm out and focus on aiming the stream and the music itself rather than just thinking "is that a stream incoming? oh no, i need to put as much pressure as i can into that". i mean dont get me wrong, you still need to tense sometimes, but you have to do it in a certain way that feels comfortable. this is more of a mental block, but once i got it streams felt much easier and chilled (atleast slower ones), digitalhypno actually talked about it in this clip in more detail: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjvQfQgMI7U

heres a good mapset: beatmapsets/1151942#osu/2405598

have a place to rest your elbow on, helps with stamina

and also just play more stream maps in general (kinda obvious). also stop when you feel actual sharp pain in your forearm or fingers, you might develop further long term injuries and infact your streaming skill will get even worse

Try to get better stamina by playing some "stream practice maps" and you can actually see the improvement time by time, but do not play them again and again-
