[Archived] How do you change the hitsound for a beatmap in the osu!lazer editor?

Problem details:
I'm kinda new to osu! and the hitsounds that I'm getting in the osu!lazer editor sound really bad and I really want to change it. I don't see any way of doing it though, like the song folders aren't really accessible.

The lazer editor is still very limited in its features, as such custom hitsound selection is not possible in the timing panel.

If you want to use custom hitsounds you'll have to export the map (File -> Export package) and then import it to the Stable client, where the songs folder can be accessed and custom hitsounds can be set.

After you're done you can again export it from stable to lazer if you want, although keep in mind that uploading maps from the lazer client is not possible yet.
