For ratio, I'm talking about a generic Insane difficulty here.
I often get distracted by other things (or loss of motivation) so I usually take about 4-7 days for this.
What exactly normal is would differ depending on who you ask, my guess is that most mappers need 1.5 to 3 hours.
This of course also varies with experience.

for me it's somewhere between 45 min to a whole day depend on how much effort i wanna give to the map
While speedmapping, i usually need 1-3 hours to map 1 minute of the song, depending on the difficulty, gimmick and technicality of the beatmap.
But outside of that, i need a whole day to map 1-2 minutes of the song.
