Welcome one and all, to Round 1 of The Great OT! Waifu Wars 2!

After all of the former waifus from the qualifiers kicked the bucket, 16 individuals remained and survived the merciless onslaught of the initial waifu battles. From now on they will be cut in half in one-to-one battles across their respective IPs, and if one waifu successfully declares victory over the other, they will be able to move on to the Quarter-Finals!

Since this is the start of a new round, all votes will now be hidden to prevent users from voting the waifu with the current biggest number of votes. Can't have you doing that anymore okay~?

And now, for Round 1's appeal addition, the long-awaited descriptions of these waifus will now be available for viewing! Now not can only choose a waifu by their appearance, but also by their personality. Crazy right?!

With all that said and done, we can now finally start The Great OT! Waifu Wars 2's 1st of Round 1!

Rem



Rem is a character from the Re:zero franchise and is a maid of Margrave Roswaal L. Mathers alongside her sister, Ram.

She tends to speak in a superficially polite manner with a soft voice and sometimes acts without thinking.

Rem has a kind heart with a soft personality and holds great respect towards those who saved her and her sister from dangerous situations. She is also strong-willed by the fact that she will still follow Subaru despite him rejecting her.

Asuka, or Asuka Langley Sohryu, is a character from the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise and is one of the main female characters. She is designated as the Second Child of the Evangelion Project and pilots the Evangelion Unit-02.

Asuka is a very proud individual, especially in her piloting, and comes across to others as proud and strong, with a very high opinion of both her appearance and her skill as an Eva pilot.

She possesses the tsundere archetype as she is stubborn and finds it difficult to express her true feelings to others. She does not like being looked down upon or told what to do as she wants to be viewed as an adult. She is aggressive and can be very opinionated.
