I've heard that people had good or even better performances on osu! after drinking an alcoholic beverage.

Is it real for people who have already tried it?

I drank a bit one night, not a lot. But immediately I was performing so bad, my controls were so weird and mixed up.
Well this happened on a different game. Not sure how I would do for a rhythm game

Got drunk and got a 250pp play on a warm up

scores/osu/4449810966

but most of the time drinking alcohol will just make you feel like you have 5ms of latency

I saw your video on YouTube before making this thread btw, I was wondering if you were performing good while being drunk

some ppl play good when sleepy sometimes, too, pretty much same effect.

also it's not legal to drink/purchase alcohol in many places at 16 so might be a pretty bad topic name. not mentioning it at all might be better. as a not safe to consume in any quantity addictive substance, it might not be so good to discuss perceived benefits that much.

better talk about how you play under effects of marijuana imo

Bad idea. If this goes mainstream I imagine some idiot kids will go drink and develop addictions just for a circle clicking game lmao.

I might change the title yeah, but I think that mods will just lock this thread because they are a lot of kids here.

Never tried but getting wasted and playing FPS always made me play better. Made me more confident to make more risky plays and it usually payed off.
