I was just wondering how to, if possisble, change the font that has the title of the song and the artist at the top of the screen at the beginning of the song. Like, what should the file name of the font file be?

You can't change the UI font.
You can change the font in Taiko though. (Copy out the font to a skin folder and name it "Taiko" without the quotes.)
