This post is meant to give a list of recommendations for packs on osu!mania and Etterna. Each skillset will be highlighted with brackets, with [S] for stamina, [T] for technical, [P] for speed, and [D] for dump.
Packs which I personally highly recommend will be highlighted with the *, with ** being my personal favorite ever packs, and *** being my top 3 packs of stuff I play basically every session

Anything from Sklitter is gonna be extremely challenging dump files, these patterns give jack shit MSD but are absolutely brutal

Little bit of everything but a great pack

Technical and variety files from years ago, be prepared for somewhat obscure patterns

One of the most famous packs ever, if you don't know what's in it you're probably brand new

Best pack ever, extremely fun and intricate patterns on every file in the pack

Lots of different stuff, some really weird shit here and there

Very fun files, bit of everything in these packs

Just a harder extension of the Nuclear Blast JS packs

Little bit of everything, great songs

[P] itg! rhythm is just a step away! | Average MSD: 16.2
Very very challenging index/pad files, burns your fingers

*[S] Jumpstream of Fighters Vol. 1-2 | Average MSD: 21.68 - 22.41
Very comfortable JS files, players who are new to JS or experts who uprate them to shit will all love this pack

[D/P] Kaiten's dumbstream pack 1-5 | Average MSD: 24.53 - 29.69
VERY difficult speed files, they're probably some of the hardest in the game on base rate. Patterns are insane

[P/D/S] Kommisar Mix 2 and Kawaii Desu pack | Average MSD: 15.93 - 16.73
Interesting types of speed and stamina files

[P] Kommisar's 8-Bit STREM Pack | Average MSD: 26.73
Pretty small pack but has some fun speedy files

[All/T] Lemon's Fruit Snacks 1-2 and Panty Shots 1-3 | Average MSD: 22.65 - 28.5
Lots of different stuff in here, but a lot of techy files

[All] Light Chancellors Pack 1-3 | Average MSD: 14.58 - 17.22
Kinda same stuff as Dark Chancellors

These files are not for the faint of heart, the patterns are absolutely brutal and the speed is hard to get used to

Mostly strange technical files and some dump stuff

[T/P] Mina's Mini Megapack 1-4 | Average MSD: 23.71 - 27.66
Extremely OH trill oriented speed and dump files

Probably the most technically challenging pack in the game, these patterns are bizarre, obscure, and uncomfortable to hit but the files are excellent

Speedy files, some dump stuff as well and challenging patterns

The most famous pack in all of VSRG, if you don't know what this is you haven't played the game before lol

Difficult marathon style files, you won't find anything below 3 minutes in all of these packs and most are 4 minutes+

Dump and speed files of all levels, some patterns are particularly challenging but plenty are comfortable

Don't be fooled by the name, these are dense handstream picks of all BPMs, very challenging stuff for the unfamiliar

Extremely simple files, you should be uprating these or attempting to get high acc
