Problem Details:
When selecting Ukrainian language in options, it's active till game restart. After restart language returns to English.
Restarting when the game asking for it is not helping.

There is a thread by XPJ with the same issue (plus another language) but it was not confirmed since about a month ago.
Link: Localisation is reset to English with 2 languages
