About SV, no problems (explained in PM why and that's a good reason to me)
HP drain is not too harsh, but I'd rather see 4.5-4.8 due to its high note count (minor change but in terms of miss needed it'll be accessible to a fair amount of players)
Also, about the BG: apply this:
00:42:028 - Add a d to emphasize the snare on that point (seems like you missed it)
00:44:336 (290,291,292,293) - I don't think 1/4 fits well, as there's a sound right at this point: 00:44:490 - . (Additionally, 291, if moved, may become a d). The rhythm here is 1/6 as well as it's swiiiing.
01:04:759 (23) - 01:23:105 (158,159,160) - 01:26:798 (185,186,187) - 02:51:951 (296,297,298) - 02:55:413 (326,327,328) - All of these should be a swing type pattern as there's no 1/4 cue in the music.
01:30:490 (209,210,211,212,213,214,215,216,217,218,219,220,221) - The speedchanges are a bit confusing, maybe just cut that to the last note? (Right after 221 you put your ×0.8 point, or at least tone your δchange down to 0.02/0.015x per point, instead of 0.03)
01:36:028 (10,11,12) - I don't think anything between 10 and 12 would work; as there's nothing really worth of addition..
01:59:951 (127,128) - kd ? This was really surprising to see at first glance.
02:09:259 (189) - to 02:16:182 (274) - I feel like the streams are a bit overdone. A bit, I say, and that's just a feeling.
02:59:105 (353,354) - Here I think it's better you put only a slider; so you map on the long note all the way instead of having a short break.
03:08:336 (44,45) - The opposite applies here: better have d dddk so you feel more the reversed sound on which the slider is mapped.
05:11:567 (159) - dddk instead of D, you have a sequence of 4 notes here as well.
05:16:182 (196,197,198,199) - Move 197 behind 196 so you get dd dk; you miss an important note which makes this small portion a bit weird to play.
05:59:798 (277,278,279) - Switch that to kkkk 1/6; there's no musical cue as to why 1/4 should be here.
Call me back once Nwolf applied changes and you updated the mapset so I repair that first bubble!
