I'd suggest to stick with tickrate1 in all diffs, tickrate 2 sounds a bit too much in Normal with your current normal-slidertick, or you can try using another custom normal-slidertick, because the one you use doesn't fit too much with your current hitsounds set, maybe the one from the drum sampleset would work (download here and rename it properly), feel free to test and keep if you like.
Whatever you do, I suggest you to keep the tickrate the same in all diffs
