I'd love this feature personally. There are many times when I'm lounging back in my chair playing Osu and I screw up. It is such a hassle to have to sit up from my comfortable position to hit the escape button ;( Center click, retry, bam. Didn't have to move an inch.

Cons: Accidentally hit the scroll button.

Curious to if anybody has done this. I personally have not.

I like your thinking! Menu from pressing the middle mouse button sounds like a good idea.

I was also thinking of scroll wheel adjusting master volume. This would be very handy in my oppinion, rather than having to go to options or the volume all the way in the taskbar. This would apply in all of osu! except for edit mode, since scrolling skips through a song/has other functions when combined with shift/ctrl/alt. Scroll wheel volume would also work in testing during edit mode.
