No, your pp size decreases in real life in proportion to how much your pp size increases in osu!. I've been been playing for two and a half years now and now I have a micropenis. Top players don't even have balls or even a butthole because they feed on uranium. (the radiation modifies their genetic material so they improve faster)
The solution: become a mapper and be the one to give pp to the players, then watch their real life pp size shrinking 😈
