Basically what the title says.
Sometimes when putting a short or long Spinner I feel like its either too difficult to "spin" it in time (-> short spinner) or its way too easy and you'll get 20k+ bonus on a longer Spinner.

I think everyone knows this very last spinner, which is almost impossible if youre not scoring perfect FCs in the last stream, unless you spin <waytoomuch>.
Also, there are some maps that are forced to have a low HP value just because of a single long ass Spinner. The rest of the map would basically unfailable due to no drain at all.
A low SV could make it easier, a high SV more difficult. Simple as that.
To not kill other maps, ... uh, version plus?
I know that the OD changes that too, but being more specific and variant brings more options on how to design a spinner.
