Let Slidervelocity change the difficulty of a Spinner

Basically what the title says.
Sometimes when putting a short or long Spinner I feel like its either too difficult to "spin" it in time (-> short spinner) or its way too easy and you'll get 20k+ bonus on a longer Spinner.

What basically gave me the idea is this map: https://osu.ppy.sh/b/97416
I think everyone knows this very last spinner, which is almost impossible if youre not scoring perfect FCs in the last stream, unless you spin <waytoomuch>.
Also, there are some maps that are forced to have a low HP value just because of a single long ass Spinner. The rest of the map would basically unfailable due to no drain at all.

A low SV could make it easier, a high SV more difficult. Simple as that.
To not kill other maps, ... uh, version plus?

I know that the OD changes that too, but being more specific and variant brings more options on how to design a spinner.

I kind of like this. I remember those ninja spinners even on Normal difficulty. Was really hard to at least get a 1000 or even a pass.

Now on the normal spinners you can ise normal SV, but on the longer/harder/impossible happy30 spinners it would take less spinpain

To add to that, I'll just post a quick idea for the other modes as well:

Standard: Less/More spinning required
CtB: Less/More Bananas (max at what it is now?)
Taiko: Less/More hits required
Mania: ... how is a Spinner even implemented in Mania? D: Less/More speed?

Spinners in mania are just holds. They don't exist.

Ah, thanks! I'll assume that'd work just like a normal SV decrease then.

Im not quite sure how the system would detect SpinnerSV from a normal SV change.
Maybe keep mania spinners on the Map-SV?
