Problem Details:
Just today, May 13, 2023 I nomod choked, 1 miss, 1x100 "ViVid - HIKARI (TV Size) [browiec's Wisdom]", mapped by Log Off Now. The play was worth 268pp and it's currently my top play on my account and on the beatmap. The previous score I set on the beatmap was a 4 miss 28x100 464x/551x (I forgot how much pp it was worth apologies).
The play was around 50pp higher than my previous top play an FC on "PADORU / PADORU by Turbo [Gift]", mapped by Sotarks but I still got no rank increase despite that.
My overall stats increased but my rank still did not increase after the play. I restarted the game, refreshed the website but still to no avail. The minor increase in my rank was from the day before I played my top play.
It's been over a day but still no rank update. If there is any way to resolve this it will be much appreciated, thank you!
