[Archived] Hit objects randomly get desynced despite global/beatmap offset not changing

pretty much the title, the hit objects randomly get desynced from the music making all my hits early

i use the latest version of lazer and sometimes i don't have this problem for days, sometimes i have it on and off multiple times in a day, and sometimes it just never goes away


things i've noticed:
- restarting my computer sometimes helps, but not consistently
- closing and opening osu again very occasionally helps
- sometimes the problem goes away by itself but rarely
- happens for (i think) all game modes

- video is a little laggy but you can hear the desync between music and hit objects

What OS are you using? Have you tried using a different render? Do you use a wired o a wireless audio device?

1. i use windows 11
2. not sure what that is
3. i use a bluetooth audio device

Wireless device especially Bluetooth always gives result of some latency. It's usually not advised to play rhythm games like osu! with wireless devices.
