Assuming you don't get an SS, yes it does as far as I know.
FUNFACT: I literally SS'd no title with NF without doing it on purpose but I still got the pps so it's fine!
As of 2021 NF does not reduce PP for FCs and SS's, however, it still does take away PP for slider breaks and misses. SO also doesn't affect PP if there isn't a spinner in the map, but does reduce PP based on how many spinners are in the map (although at a pretty small rate). These changes were put into effect during the 2021 PP rework
