Supported Hardware:
Waltop Q Pad
VisTablet PenPad
Other re-branded Waltop Q Pad tablets
Possibly other Waltop tablets too?

This driver disables the "Windows Ink" function for tablet handling. This feature is known on Windows 8 and 8.1 to cause cursor pauses on click, and the ripple effect. While using this driver, "Windows Ink" will be disabled for supported tablets, and cannot be toggled back on (you'll need to rollback to an earlier driver if you need the feature). Wacom only recently implemented this in some of their drivers.
This driver was custom made just to disable that function upon request, Waltop seems to have some great customer service Maybe someone might find it useful.
(usual stuff about the driver being provided as-is with no warranty, you assume total liability, etc.)
