Change colours in osu!mania!

So, I have an idea. I'm kind of tired of the plain colours in the argon & argon pro skin and I wonder, can we change the colours of the notes in osu mania? Like I want all the notes to be coloured like the Friday Night Funkin' arrows! So, can you do that, please?

I'm sure this is more of like a skinning idea.
Skinning is where players can customise osu! layouts to be what they want and like based on their preferences.

The download is at the assets tab, I prefer "FNF.v1.7.Fullsize.osk".

Edit: Though, you need to have osu!.exe in order to import skins to osu!lazer.

Edit 2: If you're talking about snapping colours for osu!mania, it has been implemented already in osu!lazer: community/forums/topics/1231195
