Problem details:my osu map stuck on 4.25 what can i do.i download lot of map higher than 4.25 star and they cant be shown

maybe you filtered "show maps from x star rating to x star rating", check settings it should be around there
Just go to settings and type "star", it should have 2 sliders/bars(?), make sure the second one is set to the right end
