This is a small debate on my head that i just want to decide of
I get polling rate and stuff but what are switches, what are stabilizers, what is a 60% keyboard, why does the sound of a keyboard matter. stuff like that
It's impossible to understand all of that without actually understanding they keyboard's components themselves

Switches are basically what you type on when you press down a key, and depending on the color when you open up the key can wield different feels and sounds

For the larger keys, Stabilizers are what make sure they don't go rowing to 1 side when you press it down (idk how to describe it but basically without the stabilizers your keyboard has a tendancy of going 1 side when you press it 1 side)

A 60% keyboard is a layout of a keyboard, these are one of multiple keyboard layouts you can get

Some people go for specific sounds depending on what they build, for example they want a clack on their keyboard or perhaps a thock (the deep sound) so yeah preference
