[Archived] 144 hz monitor

Problem details:
So i got an 144hz monitor i changed from the files the refresh rate to 144hz in game i got 900 fps but im not feeling the 144hz its like 60hz i went to my local internet cafe i played with 144hz and its Very smooth and dif than my 144hz idk what is wrong maybe coz i got gtx 960 and an old cpu? i dont think so coz in other games its ok.. Please if someone got a solution tell me :)

Have you tried updating your video/GPU drivers, and checking them to make sure osu! isn't capped at 60hz?

yes i did that still the same also i realized if i use the default skin i see the difference but i tried a lot skins with no a lot effects and still the same
