Help with storybrew

I wanna try out storyboarding
I Searched about some info and found tochi's video on storyboarding with storybrew. Although he explains what he does, I don't understand what and why he is doing it. I also don't find enough info in the wiki

What i am looking for is like a complete list on the different commands and syntax's for different effects like, change is size, shape, opacity etc.

A majority of the commands are on the wiki and translate quite well with the .osb format.

I guess it depends on what you want to do with the storyboard since you are quite limited on what you can and can not do.
There are undocumented methods that you can check through with the provided example scripts / effects or you can use the Intellisence to figure / scoure out what methods you could use.
