[RESOLVED] Installer stuck, unable to download game

Problem details: Hi, I'm just trying to install the game again but I can't. My installer is stuck and it shows it's updating but there's been no progress over 20 minutes. Please help.

Have you tried rerunning the installer ontop of your current install?
