You should just need up-to-date graphics drivers, correct OS version, and a correct install location. If you are having any issue with this can you help us pinpoint to where you are struggling with running or launching osu!?

osu! I download like this: D:\osu! (it's on ssd).Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC edition.

Yes? Im not sure if you are having issues with launching the game or what, but if it is installed and runs fine then what is this post about. If it doesnt run fine then please use the wiki to find either crash logs or explain your issue in greater detail.
