How do people put images in modding discussions?

Saw a post on twitter the otherday about this in the map discussion. I tried it using the usual bbcode but it did’t work:

For future reference, this is possible using Markdown. You can refer to this for basic syntax. (Not sure how many of them is supported here tho)

this should be mentioned somewhere on the wiki like the BBCode syntaxes tbh
