So yeah, it takes me 30 minutes to be able to play 3 star maps and another 2.5 hours to be able to play 6 star maps. My aiming hand/fingers just feel uncontrolled, weak and weird like I'm moving a chopstick on an ice plate until I reach that 3 hour mark. But once I reach it, my aiming hand feels way better; more controlled, faster, snappier, and it's just way more fun to play. Also, this happens only in std mode and only to my aiming hand (in taiko for example I can just get on my pc and instantly play on a level near my peak). Am I the only one this is happening to? What is causing it and how can I prevent/reduce this long time till my peak?
Also, I don't think it's the grip because after those 3 hours, it doesn't make a difference how I hold the pen; my fingers and hand just feel better overall.

Well I am pretty sure this happens to everyone. It's a warmup as you said.
For instance, it can take me 30 minutes to warm up on mania on some days or even 2 hours on other days.
I personally don't have any tips on how to really resolve this. I just treat it as a normal thing.
I can say though, sometimes if I am playing too much, it could lead me to have longer warmups the next day. Tat is just me though.

Well 6* is really out of your comfort zone so it makes sense it takes way longer to warmup for it

Well judging from your recent plays, I think you're just playing maps that are too difficult for you, hence the many D to B scores I keep seeing. I think it's best to take a step back and play easier maps that you can fairly manage well. So makes sense as to why you take so long to warmup

I take about an hour or 2 to warm up as well. Depends on the day

I think its a mental thing, it can take a while to go into deep focus.
