Isaac is my fav rogelike, the checkmarks i have left are from tainted lazarus, fucking Jacob and that is pretty much it

For me it's its tainted version who's way better for items but you can't take damage or your loose your holy card (which is a shield that stays until you get it). You have to found another one because if you take another damage, you die.Reyalp51 wrote:
