I haven't seen any lazer-specific resources, wouldn't be surprised if they just didn't exist at all because the lazer editor is fairly unfinished right now
most stable guides will still translate to lazer to an extent, but some things like timing, slider velocity, and rotation work very differently in lazer compared to stable, and a lot of features just do not exist in lazer yet
so if you want to map on lazer, you'll have to be prepared for the experience to be fairly scuffed (although to be fair the lazer editor tells you about the existence of certain features much better than the stable editor)
also you'll have to export your maps to stable to be able to upload them
