Problem details: That little ms number below the fps counter is always red and around 27 it 28 ms. I have no idea on how to bring it down. It seems that it is the reason my osu lags in the menu and during gameplay. So if anyone knows how to bring it down please help me out
and also my frame rate limit is 120fps, but it tends to stay at around 60 only
