Is 60hz ok
what moniter do you use and how do you find it and what is the refresh rate
does refresh rate make a difference
60hz 144hz 165hz or 244hz
what is the difference between 60hz and 144hz gameplay

60 Hz is a standart for low-middle end devices, so I guess its ok, I myself play on 60 hz

About your refresh rate - you could just google how to find that

Next, refresh rate makes a difference when your hardware can keep up with it, so if you have 144 hz then the best thing is to get a pc with hardware that can get you 144 fps so could feel the smoothness

About those 4 types of monitors, preference comes to money, if you have more, then get a better monitor

And lastly, difference between the gameplays is in smoothness of picture and in delay of picture to audio, so 144 hz has less visual delay

144Hz= Screen refreshes 144 times per sec
60Hz= Screen refreshes 60 times per sec

Everything looks more smooth on a 144Hz monitor.

From personal experience, 60Hz never stopped me from improving at the game. So yes it is ok.

Never played on 144Hz, so can't comment on that.

I think refresh rate doesn't matter anymore past 60Hz. Since osu barely doesn't do to take much out of your computer, you can pretty much play just fine on any Hz past that imo.

refresh rate does matter, it can make reading a lot better. it looks cleaner too. you can definitely feel a difference between all types of hz so i'd just buy whatever is in ur budget
