When I get an achievement often I don't even know why I got it.
Can we have it show the requirements for an achievement after you get it?

Not bad of an idea. For now i'd recommend checking here if you want read a specific medal's criteria

Pretty minor detail if we're looking into more grander perspectives, especially since there are websites that already do that.

imo this is a bad idea because half of the fun of looking for medal solutions as a community is piecing it all together.

Back in the day (before 2017) it was silenceable to talk about the solutions of a hush-hush medal, as it was meant to be a challenge to obtain them.
This of course didn't stop people from sharing stuff anyway but still, gotta agree with chromb, it does take out the fun in a way.
