download ShareX (link) and drag the file in the window.

If you have a VPN or you can use with freely, you can use imgur to upload. Copy the image address and put it in between the [img:1337][/img:1337] code.

i.e. [img]Image Address[/img.] (Remove the dot for it to work)

There's currently now way for you to be able to upload images directly on the osu website. Only through third-party ones. Are there any image uploading sites that are supported in china?
