Is it worth learning low bpm burts/streams (160-)?

I realized that I cannot stream or burst anything below 160 BPM while maintaining good acc. Is it worth working backwards in BPM to cover these gaps in skill, or is it best to just keep pressing forward? Will I see exponential growth in finger control if I choose to learn low BPM? Thanks.

Some context:
I play maps in the 4*-5.3* with a preferred comfort zone of <=4.9*. Just thought to add my current skill level in case it is relevant when deciding to pursue low bpm bursts/streams.

I personally am more comfortable with lower bpm and struggle with high bpm but usually when theres maps that I'm not comfortable with I just play it and accuracy will come on it's own eventually. As far as I seen finger control and low bpm are different skills and you can improve finger control depending on which maps you play (some high bpm maps can improve finger control too).
This map is low bpm and alt/finger control kinda: beatmapsets/967347#osu/2024492 it might be hard to get acc on this idk

I couldn't really play lower bpm streams or bursts myself, but rather the higher end. I never had the best control with any speed though, I just felt better at higher bpms.
I started practicing lower bpm stuff for a bit to develop the skill to control my speed and not just mash, mash.
Personally for me it has been working. I can do lower and higher bpm finger control better now after just a few hours of practicing and developing.
I am not the best player or anything, but I would say that you will see a growth in finger control after learning low bpm.

Its good because 125-160 bpm maps are bangers

imo learning low bpm bursts/streams is good if you want to practice your alternate tap so maybe you should good for it!

Yup. You could get some nice finger control in-between too.

good low bpm technique will help your higher bpm technique become cleaner and more precise
