You live in a crazy city where every day is a holiday. Well...except for November 8. You have holidays such as "Pringles Day" or "Free Beer Day". Hell, the mayor even acknowledges "Shoot a Gun Day". Today is November 8 and the city is panicking that there is no holiday. It's not until today that the mayor finds a note on his door saying that if he doesn't make a "festival", his fish tank will implode. The catch? The notorious villain, Pippi Monster, wants to play a game of Mafia to terrorize the city. Legal contracts have been signed and everyone must participate.

These are the possible roles you may receive in the game.

General
1. You may discuss in and outside of the forum. However, please refrain from talking after death. Please do not talk to living players post-death. You may, however, speak to other dead players if you are dead.
2. Do not quote any PM, part or whole, you receive from the Mod. This includes fake or erroneous quoting. Breaking this rule will get you modkilled.
3. If you believe I've made an error as the mod, send me a PM. Please do not post about such things in the thread. If you have anything else you need me to read or address, post something like this - "Mod: You're the best."
4. A player who is modkilled will lose the game, regardless of whether their team mates eventually win.

Voting, Lynching and Deaths
6. Any voting action must be bolded - Vote: destructor, etc.
7. You may Unvote if you wish to remove your vote from someone. Unvoting before placing a new vote is not necessary, but is appreciated. (I'd really, really like it if you did.)
8. A lynch occurs after the deadline for lynch votes has passed.
9. At deadline, half of the votes that would normally be required are enough to lynch a player. In the event of a draw, the player who had the most votes before being tied will be lynched.
10. Once a lynch occurs the Day is considered to be over. Please, please, PLEASE do not post again until the next Day begins, especially if you are the player who was just lynched. (I accept talking beforehand as long as I haven't posted the lynch scene yet.)
11. On death, a player's role will be revealed.
12. A modkill will end the Day.
13. Once a player is dead, they cannot contribute any more to the game. They are not to post anything. (I'll accept a simple Bah! or Go Town!)
Activity
14. Please treat this game as a commitment. I WILL NOW GIVE ONLY LIMITED TIME FOR SOMEONE TO CONFIRM BEFORE REPLACING. ALL CAPS DRAWS ATTENTION.
15. Each Day will have a preset and fixed deadline of 1 week.. Deadlines are permanent. There are only a few reasons why I would extend one (such as replacing players).
16. If I think you are being inactive in the game, I will send you a PM to make sure we understand where you are in the game. If I don't get a response to the PM in 48 hours, you will be replaced.

17. Be courteous and respectful to your fellow players.
18. Blatantly antisocial and offensive behaviour or personal attacks will be grounds for replacement at my own discretion.

Child Pornography Novelist
You write pornographic novels where the children are the main characters. People are sick of you, but you love getting your revenge on naming characters that die after other people. You like inviting people that hate you to book signings. What's odd is that when you sign someone's possessions often brings them bad luck. Once in the game, you may choose to host a "Book Signing". Anyone that votes for you during that day will receive a secret phantom vote for the following day. To exercise your ability, PM me on the night before the day you want the signing to take place. No one will realize that their books have been cursed.

DJ
You're the best DJ in town! During any one night, you have a chance to distract everyone by playing your newest tunes. Because everyone would have such a good time, the night's assassination would be canceled. If your songs aren't received well, the villains will get angry and will execute TWO players on that night. Because it takes you years to compose your music, you may only use this ability once. PM me during any night or the day prior to the night you wish to exercise your ability.

Used Car Salesman
You love selling cars that are broken and in need of repair. You happen to sell someone a "nice car". It's up to you to sell them a motorcycle fit for one or a small convertible that's meant for two. Either way, these vehicles are likely to get into car accidents. You may sell someone either of these two vehicles once. After that, you will have to flea the business before the FBI discovers the condition you sell these cars in. PM me who you will like to sell the car to at any time to exercise your ability.

Famous Game Show Host
You host a famous game show that everyone knows about. To some people, you're an ass. To others, you're a god. If you ever die, the following day's lynch will be canceled to celebrate...err...mourn your death.

Super Villain
You are the evil of evil. You take control of your minions and decide on who to assassinate every night. You must PM me your decision on who to assassinate each night. If you fail to submit someone to assassinate, you will be overrun by your minions.
Rebel
You're a rebel in this evil group. The only reason why you joined this organization was because you get unlimited sandwiches. You hate being bossed around and some day want to take over the world. At any time, you may decide to overrun the organization. A vote will be initiated and every villain (excluding yourself and the Super Villain) will vote on who will be the new leader. If you lose the vote, you will be sentenced to "death by blender". If you win the vote, you will take control of this society and will reign as the new Super Villain. The old Super Villain will simply be pushed off a cliff by your new minions. PM me at any time if you wish to exercise your ability.

Snooty Rich Bastard
You are a snooty rich bastard. You own 90% of the businesses in the city. Because you practically take baths in money, you have enough to persuade people and tip the scales in your favor. Only once you may spend money to add a lynch vote on another player. PM me during any day to exercise your ability.

Mayor
You are the mayor of the city and the person who decided to host this "festival". You may host a "Murder Mystery Dinner" for the entire city on any one night. On the night you host the dinner party, the night's assassination becomes a lynch vote instead for the entire public. Because the city is mad that you spent all of the town's funds on a single night, they probably won't elect you for a second term. You may only use this ability once. PM me during any time to exercise your ability.

Unpaid Intern
You are an unpaid intern and quite expendable. Your boss assigns you all of these outrageous tasks, but nothing tops this one. Your job during this "festival" is to save someone's ass at the cost of your own life. PM me after an assassination or lynch to exercise your ability.
