Problem details: I'm playing osu!mania on a Ryzen 7 5800H with a 6600M. I notice stuttering when I'm alt-tabbing in and out of game or am in the middle of playing a beatmap. The stuttering from alt tabbing is much worse than within the game. Even though I set Osu's priority in task manager to realtime, I'm still getting these issues. This has not happened in this past. I'm not sure if this is correlated, but I cannot use Chrome as well. Whenever I use Chrome, I'm able to search for something, but when I click on the website, the tab goes unresponsive. I also play Quaver which is an alternative to Osu!Mania and it runs faster and smoother than Osu! without stuttering even though it is probably less optimized.
