Yes if the page is too long.
Huh never knew, how scroll lock worked till now
rarely. i even forgor what it does lol
use it for hotkeys in some games
If there is a key that has no business existing anymore... 
I've actually used it once or maybe twice for its actual purpose (not as a hotkey for games)
