That'd be kind of silly in theory, since you'd just have to take a bunch of pictures of your computer screen (Unless the person maintaining the instagram is peppy himself, and even then it'd only be on occasion that there'd be stuff offline.)
But there's nothing explicitly wrong about having one if it were to exist.
and id be totally down to manage it if they needed someone, lol
