How can I turn over my beatmap from the graveyard to pending

Hi, I want to get my beatmap "ranked" but I don't know how to.

I already uploaded it and the thread is here: t/129295
But it's in the graveyard and I want to know how to turn it pending again?

And how can I have it modded?

To turn over Your beatmap to "Pending" you have to click on Your profile, then go to category "Beatmaps" and next to the name of your beatmap there is a "Resurrect" or "Revive" button. After clicking it will immediately appear in "Pending" section.

Ok now to my problem,
I uploaded 3 Beatmaps that are pending and i cant upload another map but it says "Increased beatmap submission limit (up to 8 beatmaps)" doesnt this mean that i can upload 8 beatmaps?
