Question for full area grip

So I'm starting to play full area since a couple of weeks now and its feeling really better than my previous are but now my only real issues is my grip. I use to relatively hold my pen like a pen and when i was at 68 area it was enoguh but now it came quite hard and pretty uncomfortable to play like that so i was thinking to play with something where i would more use my arm than my wrist. Do u have any advice to find a good grip in this kind of style ? Maybe a player that as a grip pretty similar to what im looking ? Thanks !

I play full area and I use this grip

I only use 3 of my finger as it give me more flexibility with my movement at the cost of some control, which is a fair trade considering I use full area which give me more control anyways
