I'm currently using a red dragon 60% keyboard with red switches which is pretty good, however I was thinking if maybe I should get myself a 3 key keypad. I know that peripherals don't affect skill at all, but I was wondering if it's worth it to get one or not.

If you already have a keyboard that serves you well, then you don't need a keypad, since there would be no difference. (unless the keypad quality and performance is better than your current keyboard).
nah just use your keyboard, getting a keypad when you already got a keyboard is just dumb.
I mean, you already have a good keyboard. Why get a keypad?
