Given that Osu!Lazer works on Steam Deck, I am a huge fan of mania gamemode and I was wondering if there could be introduced a modifier that disables jumps (pressing 2 or more keys at the same time), given that the way the D-Pad is on Steam Deck, cannot really press 2 of them simultaneously in a consistent way.
If there are cases where hold comes in in a row, like Key 1, followed by Key 2 and 3 held eventually at the same time (as an example), just turn that part of the chart into "Key 1, then 2, then 3" individually, like a stair.
There was one android game (that doesn't work on new Android OS's) that had the option as well as a few Stepmania skins. I'm blanking on the names.
I will be honest, never tried Lazer on Deck, just seen videos on youtube but they only covered the normal Osu!. Slight chance that Mania might not work, but, just in case.
