[resolved] Passed a ranked 7* map but didn't get the medal

Problem details:
A couple of hours ago I finally passed my first 7* map but it didn't give me the medal. I thought that was a weird bug and that the medal would appear after an hour or two, but now after 4 hours I still haven't received it. It is exactly 7* which from my experience isn't a problem and the website as well says it's exactly 7* so I'm a bit confused... Link to the song

The problem here is that it's actually 6.99971 stars, the website & client just rounds up. If you check using osu-tools or the API (V1 or V2), you can see this.
