"I'm not quite sure who he is... but he's the only person I know.. Mr. Gasper always does those... weird things to me... Every time he does, I get hurt. One time, he asked me to walk on a field and I suddenly got caught in an explosion. Lost my right leg then."

There's a huge scar which probably came from something extremely painful.. Like the leg being ripped off?!

If it regrew, there wouldn't be a scar, would there? I mean, a starfish constantly regrows its limbs, but they're not covered in scars either. So something other than a torn-off limb happened to you. What was it?

Okay, SRS BSNS tiem.

We don't know much about this "Mr. Gasper", save for the fact that he uses the dog girl for experiments. Her description of getting into an explosion gives me the idea that he's testing her for something we have yet to figure out.

... I still say X-Furries.
