I fully alternate; it has been natural since I started playing in 2017. I don't see the benefits of single tapping as it takes up more stamina on one finger, and alternating creates somewhat of a natural metronome. Change my mind
Naa im not saying its easy, I have seen people say its hard and I can understand if you dont just start out fill alternation its a big change. I am just saying its superiorMrMcMikey22 wrote:
hmmm...if I can actually consistently singletap ~ 200bpm then I might disagree about alternating being easy, but I still have school, so that will probably change my mind ;w;

I have 0 finger control while singletapping, I can hit some jumps and that's about it. Even then, I hit jumps way better when I alternate. It's to the point where I physically can't start consecutive burst/streams on the same finger, without an immense amount of focus and fingerlocking constantly.Dementedduck wrote:
imo its way easier to be quicker singletapping without losing finger control
like i dont think theres ever been a case where my finger has locked on jumps or lines of singles yet if i were to try to alt them i would literally die irl
wait wtf you can do 250 bpm singletapping!?!?Juradon wrote:
Have been single tapping until now, never looked back.
But seriously, my brain is unable to comprehend full alt, had to learn to single tap high bpm (currently at ~250-260bpm).
Besides all this I agree, alt is objectively superior but only on high bpm.
it's currently not as consistent as I'd like it to be, but I make it work somehow (derusting is real)MrMcMikey22 wrote:
