How to make a Boxed Description?

I've just finished mapping and updated it, but I always don't know how to make description texts go into the box. - Well, I searched for some BBcodes for description edit in some official wikis, but still I couldn't find the answer there xd
What codes or other acts I need to make it?

They've probably used the notice tag?
