1. make crazy to mouse sensitivity from max 4.0 to max 10.0 ...
2. mod osu! mania is have a boost score... so using mod for osu! mania will boost score like other mod
3. why just 1mil for max? like osu standard mode, make the score max like that...
4. 500 or 1000 for list top rank mode... so players can see more the top rank...

Not a mania player but I remember there being a reason for this

Because its based off of accuracy. 1mil = perfect accuracy

4. 500 or 1000 for list top rank mode... so players can see more the top rank...
Oddly enough I actually saw this in a thread yesterday

The only downside is that 500-1000 is a LOT of data to store. Plus, especially for non-osu! modes, having 1000 would mean having really mediocre (in certain cases, almost failing) scores on the leaderboard (ie. https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1196049 )

Also read the guidelines. tl;dr, One request per thread, search before making requests, etc.

mouse sensitivity of 10 makes your cursor really uncontrollable
