I used to be bad at the spinners but then I got better at it and one time my the top half of my arm was hurting because I did exercise the day before and decided not to use that part of the arm when I'm spinning and then I got bad again and I looked at my old replays to see how I the spinners right and I see that I did a small circle around the middle and I can't do that. Is there a way to get back to that to get better again?
